A gist of our technology

Our Battery

  • Battery Composition
    • First Cells (75% of the battery): These are energy cells designed for long-range performance. They have a 0.5C charging rate, meaning they charge more slowly but provide extended energy storage.
    • Second Cells (25% of the battery): These are high discharge and fast-charging cells, capable of handling high current rates. They can be charged quickly and are ideal for immediate, high-power requirements.
  • Performance of First Cells:
    • Fast charging: cells can reach 100% charge in 5 to 15 minutes.
    • Range: The fully charged cells (25% of total battery capacity) can provide a range of 75 to 80 kilometers.
  • Performance of Second Cells
    • Slow charging: cells require more time to charge. 1 hour of charging gives a full charge for this 75% of the battery.
    • These cells offer long-range capabilities but take longer to recharge.
  • Charging Setup
    • Initially, R&D used two chargers, but the current setup involves one charger with a twisting (changing) capability that can handle both types of cells efficiently.

Cluster design & Features

  • Type of Cluster
    • Using a radial cluster for retrofitting.
  • Indigenous Design:
    • The cluster displays both the odometer and speedometer.
  • Operating System:
    • The cluster operates on a non-Android base (retro base) rather than an Android system.
  • Navigation Capability
    • Provides directional assistance for navigation without directly displaying maps.
    • Users must connect their phone to the cluster, similar to how a car charger connects, to access navigation features.
  • User Connectivity:
    • Once connected, users can fully access their destination and related map information through their phone.
  • Display Modes:
    • The cluster features two radial color schemes:
      • Night View: Optimized for low-light conditions.
      • Day View: Designed for daylight visibility
